Monitoring Your VA

Monitoring your VA is fairly simple, as stated in the Training page briefly, You will be able to monitor your VA by using Asana.com. You will be able to contact your VA there and give him or her tasks. The VA will show how far he or she is by clicking the appropriate boxes, for example: Working On It, Done, Not Started, Stuck, or Help. We will also monitor the VA to see if we can help or direct them in any way before letting them contact you. We want you to only have to answer questions if absolutely necessary. This also helps avoid you from having to answer silly questions (question that are common sense). If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us anytime.
